Job Description:
- Flexible work schedule--except Monday required
- Wear business-appropriate attire.
- Have clear and neat handwriting
- Answer and transfer all incoming calls to their correct destination.
- Take messages and deliver them to their recipient in a timely manner.
- Sort out paperwork as needed
- Be familiar with and able to work with Microsoft Word and Excel.
- Direct guests to their desired location.
- Be alert and aware of the guests who haven't been assisted yet.
- Bilingual is a plus!
Salary : $17 - $20
