Front Desk Receptionist — Luxury Aesthetic Clinic
Location: Mesa / Gilbert, AZ | In-person | Full-time
Aura Cosmetic Clinics is a results-driven, luxury aesthetic clinic dedicated to providing exceptional client experiences and delivering transformative skin and beauty treatments. We are looking for a polished, professional, and client-focused Front Desk Receptionist to be the face of our clinic.
Please note: This is a Front Desk / Assisting role only. Estheticians, please do not apply.
Schedule
- Sunday–Thursday: 9:30 AM – 5:30 PM
- Friday: 9:30 AM – 4:00 PM
- Full-time, 6 days per week (Sunday is required)
Responsibilities
Client Experience & Hospitality
- Welcome clients warmly and professionally upon arrival
- Ensure clients are comfortable, offering beverages and assistance
- Maintain a clean, organized, and inviting front desk and lobby
- Support smooth client flow and minimize wait times
- Encourage client reviews and feedback following approved incentive programs
Administrative & Operational
- Manage appointment scheduling, client check-ins, and intake
- Process payments and checkouts accurately and discreetly
- Maintain up-to-date and thorough client records
- Handle phone calls, emails, and inquiries professionally
- Ensure supplies and treatment areas are prepared and maintained
Clinical Support / Cross-Training
- Assist providers during treatments as needed
- Prepare treatment rooms and maintain equipment and product inventory
- Support patient intake and documentation, including before-and-after photography
Qualifications
- Experience in sales, hospitality, or service-based roles preferred
- Professional, confident, and polished demeanor
- Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to multitask in a fast-paced environment
- Experience in a medical spa or aesthetic clinic is a plus
- Must be available to work full-time, including Sundays

Compensation
$20.00 per hour | In-person | Full-time
