Responsibilities
- Develop and execute comprehensive social media marketing strategies that align with business goals.
- Create engaging content tailored for various platforms including Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, and LinkedIn.
- Utilize SEO techniques and keyword research to optimize content for search engines.
- Monitor social media channels for trends and insights through social listening tools.
- Manage social media advertising campaigns, including Facebook Advertising, to boost engagement and reach.
- Collaborate with graphic designers to produce visually appealing graphics using Adobe Creative Suite, including Photoshop and Illustrator.
- Analyze performance metrics using Google Analytics and web analytics tools to measure the success of campaigns.
- Engage with followers, respond to comments, and manage relationships through effective relationship management strategies.
- Conduct proofreading of all content to ensure accuracy and adherence to brand voice.
- Stay updated on industry trends in digital marketing, e-commerce, and public relations.
Experience
- Proven experience in social media management or a related field.
- Proficiency in using social media management tools such as Hootsuite and Buffer.
