About the Job
- Clean residential homes & apartments (with occasional daytime office cleaning)
- Day shift only: first job at 9:00 a.m., usually finished by 5:00 p.m. or earlier
- Mix of team cleaning (2-person teams) and solo cleans once you're trained and confident
- Paid training and ongoing support so you can become a 5-star tech in about 2 weeks
- All tools and supplies provided (and we don't make you wash rags at home)

What We Expect
- Arrive 5 minutes early to all cleaning appointments
- Consistently follow our cleaning & inspection process, procedures, and checklist
- Deliver a true 5-star cleaning and client experience
- Complete cleaning appointments within the assigned time
- Communicate clearly and be a reliable, supportive teammate
- Be comfortable and confident cleaning both in teams and solo, once trained
Non-Negotiables (Please Do NOT Apply If…)
- You don't enjoy cleaning or physical, on-your-feet work all day
- You cannot consistently lift 30 lbs, bend, kneel, push, pull, and twist while working
- You aren't comfortable working in homes with pets
- You cannot read, speak, and write English fluently
- You don't have: a valid driver's license, your own insured and reliable vehicle, and a smartphone with a data plan
- You live more than 35 minutes from Royersford, PA
