Responsibilities:
- Coordinate field operations with paint crews and evaluate production quality
- Provide extraordinary customer service, ensuring client satisfaction
- Assist in preparing and managing residential and commercial estimates in the CertaPro Painters estimating system
- Coordinate with paint vendors to ensure correct products are being used in the field and stores are stocked appropriately with those products Assist with various assignments directed by the Owner
- Minimum of a High School diploma or equivalent
- 3 years of work experience, preferably in the home improvement industry
- Bilingual: Proficiency in English and Spanish
- Proof of a clean Driver’s License
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook)
- Effective communication, customer service, and organizational skills
- Experience in residential/commercial sales and field operations is a plus
- Must be available to work some evenings and weekends when required
