We are looking for an experienced Plumbing Service Technician who takes pride in diagnosing problems, providing dependable repairs, and delivering exceptional customer service.

What You’ll Do
- Diagnose and repair residential plumbing systems
- Troubleshoot plumbing problems and recommend effective solutions
- Service and replace traditional and tankless water heaters
- Repair and replace faucets, toilets, sinks, disposals, valves, and plumbing fixtures
- Repair water, drain, and sewer piping
- Perform plumbing inspections and preventative maintenance
- Present repair and replacement options clearly and professionally to homeowners
- Provide upfront recommendations based on the customer’s needs
- Complete service tickets, estimates, and documentation using a mobile tablet
- Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work area
- Follow company safety standards and applicable plumbing codes
- Deliver a professional customer experience from arrival through job completion
What We’re Looking For
- Minimum of 3 years of residential plumbing service experience required
- Valid driver’s license with an acceptable driving record
- Strong plumbing diagnostic and troubleshooting abilities
- Ability to work independently and manage service calls efficiently
- Excellent customer service and communication skills
- Comfortable presenting repair and replacement options to homeowners
- Professional appearance and positive attitude
- Comfortable using mobile technology and learning company software
- Ability to safely lift equipment and work in residential environments
- Dependable, organized, and committed to quality workmanship
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience servicing and replacing traditional and tankless water heaters
- Experience diagnosing drain, water, sewer, and fixture-related problems
- Experience presenting repair and replacement options to homeowners
- ServiceTitan experience is a plus; training is available
