As a Service Valet, you’re one of the most important members at Norm Reeves Ford. You are responsible for creating a great service experience for our guests and ensuring all guest vehicles are washed and handled with excellent care. Your positivity and attention to detail are what keep our guests coming back time after time.This is an ideal entry-level position for someone eager and motivated to begin a career in the automotive service industry. Norm Reeves Ford, believes in continuous education, promotes from within and is seeking those with a true passion for working at a dealership long term.What You’ll Do:Greets all customers entering the service area with a friendly, upbeat attitude, answers their questions, and directs them to the appropriate person or locationControls service traffic flow and parkingDetermines if customers coming into service have an appointmentRecords customer’s name, VIN, tag number, mileage, and existing vehicle damageAssists service advisors when neededMaintains a clean and safe service drive area, free of dirt, water, leaves, snow, etc.Maintains a professional appearancePlace vehicle Interior Protection in each vehicleTag keys and place mirror tags in all vehiclesMove vehicles to appointed parking area and ensure all windows are up and all vehicles are lockedAdhere to all customer service processesFill in for shuttle drivers as neededBring customers’ vehicles to the front of service drive when directedEnsure customers’ vehicle is free of dirt and grease from their service visitGuides vehicles through the car washLight lifting duties when neededWhat You’ll Need:Full time availability.
