Responsibilities
- Perform general labor tasks such as lifting, carrying, and moving materials (up to 50 lbs)
- Assist with site preparation, demolition, and cleanup
- Use hand tools and basic construction equipment
- Follow safety guidelines and maintain a clean job site
- Work as part of a team to complete projects efficiently.
Requirements
- Ability to lift and carry up to 50 lbs
- Must have reliable transportation to job sites
- Strong work ethic and willingness to learn
- Ability to follow instructions and work safely
Bonus Skills (Preferred but Not Required):
- Prior construction experience
- Experience operating construction equipment (e.g., skid steers, forklifts, excavators)
- Excavation, site, and landscaping experience
