This role manages the development, implementation, and maintenance of company policies and contract regulations while proactively identifying areas for improvement. Success in this role means maintaining high-quality documentation, ensuring compliance, and fostering collaboration between teams to deliver top-quality project outcomes.

You will work closely with project management teams and field staff, often in dynamic and fast-paced environments. This position involves both office and field work and requires flexibility to travel and adapt to varying site conditions. What You Will Do
- Maintain and manage contract schedules and detailed agreements.
- Prepare, update, and organize all records related to contract jobs.
- Communicate proactively with project management and superintendents regarding issues, opportunities, and change orders.
- Monitor and evaluate site and subcontractor performance to ensure compliance and quality standards are met.
- Assist in the development and implementation of company policies and quality procedures.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Architecture, or Construction Management.
- Minimum of 3 years of construction experience.
- Ability to read and interpret safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions, and procedure manuals.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Access).
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Clean driving record.
- Ability to travel as needed.
- Experience in Quality Control within construction or disaster recovery projects.
- Strong problem-solving abilities and ability to develop alternative solutions.
- Team-oriented with a commitment to safety and quality improvement.
- First Aid/CPR certification preferred.
- Ability to prioritize and plan work activities efficiently.
- Demonstrated ability to meet productivity standards and promote a culture of continuous improvement.

- Must be willing to wear PPE (hard hat, protective eyewear, steel-toed boots, etc.).
- Ability to work in challenging environments including outdoor weather, mechanical areas, heights, confined spaces, and loud noise levels.
