Responsibilities
- Analyze business and technical requirements to design and recommend system solutions
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (business, engineering, QA, and support) to define specifications and deliver solutions
- Evaluate existing systems and processes to identify opportunities for improvement
- Troubleshoot technical issues, perform root cause analysis, and implement solutions
- Develop and maintain documentation including system requirements, workflows, and technical specifications
- Support system implementation, testing, and deployment activities
- Monitor system performance and recommend optimizations
- Assist in integration of new technologies and platforms into existing environments
- Ensure compliance with security, regulatory, and organizational standards
- Provide end-user support and training as needed
- Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Technology, or a related field (or equivalent experience)
- 2–5 years of experience in a Technical Analyst, Systems Analyst, or similar role
- Strong understanding of software development life cycle (SDLC)
- Experience with data analysis tools, SQL, and system troubleshooting
- Familiarity with APIs, databases, and system integrations
- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Analytical thinking and attention to detail
- Strong collaboration and stakeholder management
- Ability to translate complex technical concepts into business-friendly language
- Time management and ability to manage multiple priorities
