This role will be part of the HCA MEDITECH Expanse team, focusing on completing the design and development of HCA's standard clinical documentation within the EHR. The Senior Technical Product Analyst will work closely with other HCA Expanse product teams and key business partners across the enterprise. This role collaborates with leaders, product owners, analysts, project managers, clinicians, and technical solution providers to support the implementation, optimization, and ongoing operations for MEDITECH Expanse.

Job Summary
CereCore is seeking a Senior Technical Product Analyst to join our local team in Nashville, TN. This role will be part of the HCA MEDITECH Expanse team, focusing on completing the design and development of HCA's standard clinical documentation within the EHR. The Senior Technical Product Analyst will work closely with other HCA Expanse product teams and key business partners across the enterprise. This role collaborates with leaders, product owners, analysts, project managers, clinicians, and technical solution providers to support the implementation, optimization, and ongoing operations for MEDITECH Expanse.
General Responsibilities
- Act as a resource for technical personnel within the MEDITECH Expanse implementation program.
- Coordinate consistent technical services and implementation support across the enterprise as it relates to the development and deployment of MEDITECH Expanse.
- Assist in resolving highly complex technical issues and organizing technical service activities.
- Support the MEDITECH Expanse deployment program and contributes to enterprise-wide strategies for training and tools.
- Participate in onboarding and mentoring new technical staff.
- Champion standardization, utilization, optimization, and best practices in Technical Services.
- Engage in project planning and strategic planning.
- Provide supplemental on-site technical support at go-live as needed.
- Understand and support a broad range of enterprise-based ITG equipment.
- Define technical standards and create supporting documentation.
- Deliver advanced hands-on technical support across multiple technical areas.
- Escalate issues to appropriate division-level support promptly.
- Collaborate with Corporate and Division departments.
- Adhere to and support HCA ITG policies and procedures.
- Recommend process improvements for implementation, maintenance, and support of ITG equipment.
- 5 years relevant work experience
- Hospital operational support experience, preferred
- Experience with EHRs (MEDITECH, Epic, Cerner, etc.)
- MEDITECH MAGIC and/or Expanse experience, preferred
- Strong technical background with experience in IT infrastructure and support.
- Ability to manage complex technical issues and projects.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
- Demonstrated ability to effectively communicate to large groups and actionable tasks.
- Knowledge of ITG equipment and related standards.
- Experience in training, documentation, and process improvement.
- Ability to travel and provide on-site support as needed for go-live support.
- Professional written and verbal communication
- Ability to understand clinical and technology workflows
- Advanced computer skills and proficiency in Microsoft Office suite of products; experience with ServiceNow, Jira, Salesforce a plus
- Technical skills related to print servers, printer setup, PCs, and networking.
- Bachelor’s degree preferred or equivalent relevant work experience.
