We are seeking a hands-on Azure DevOps (ADO) Engineer to design, configure, and automate workflows, dashboards, and project structures in ADO. This role supports Agile transformation and DevOps reporting, including integrations with GitHub, Power BI, and Power Automate.

Position Summary
We are seeking a hands-on Azure DevOps (ADO) Engineer to design, configure, and automate workflows, dashboards, and project structures in ADO. This role supports Agile transformation and DevOps reporting, including integrations with GitHub, Power BI, and Power Automate.
Responsibilities
- Set up and manage ADO project structures, areas, iterations, and work item templates.
- Implement automation flows using Power Automate to integrate MS Forms → ADO pipelines.
- Configure dashboards and reporting widgets within ADO.
- Collaborate with Power BI developers to expose ADO data for executive dashboards.
- Implement GitHub–ADO integration for DevOps visibility.
- Support backlog management, ideation workflows, and test plan architecture in ADO.
- Provide technical expertise and best practices for ADO usage across the organization.
- 5 years of experience configuring and managing Azure DevOps environments.
- Hands on practical experience with ADO–Clarity integration
- Strong understanding of work item taxonomy, processes, and reporting within ADO.
- Experience with GitHub and CI/CD pipeline tools.
- Familiarity with Power Automate for workflow automation.
- Experience working in Agile environments and supporting multiple domains/teams.
- Excellent troubleshooting, documentation, and communication skills.
