Responsibilities
- Assist Manager/team in managing information effectively to improve department efficiency and performance
- Well versed in hospital revenue cycle operations
- Assist in translating business reporting requirements
- Proactively review and provide data analysis
- Plays a role in the data standardization process and helps develop, maintain, and automate tools and systems to support department monitoring
- Assists with monitoring daily, weekly and monthly reporting
- Builds a strong understanding Revenue Cycle operations and technologies as well as HCA enterprise technologies
- Strong attention to detail in order to ensure the accuracy of the data
- Works quickly and efficiently in order to meet the needs of the customer particularly when faced with tight turnaround times? Position Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree with emphasis in Accounting, Finance or related Business-related majors
- Seven (7) years of job costing, revenue and profitability data
- Expert level user of Excel – creating and utilizing formulas, pivot tables
- Able to work in fast paced environment with ability to respond to change in priorities
- Professional demeanor and positive attitude; customer service orientation
