Title Requested: PeopleSoft Specialist Business Analyst 1
Location: Albany NY Remote
Duration: 24 Months
Minimum Qualifications:
Four or more years of business analysis experience in a PeopleSoft environment in each of at least three of the following knowledge areas (as defined by the International Institute of Business Analysis' "A Guide to the Business Analysis Body of Knowledge {BABOK Guide}"):
- business analysis planning and monitoring
- elicitation and collaboration
- requirements life cycle management
- requirements analysis and design definition
- solution evaluation
Four or more years of experience in reading and creating SQLs.
Four or more years of experience using an understanding of PeopleSoft architecture and table structures.
Two or more years of experience performing business analysis in one or more of the PeopleSoft modules (IH, CRM, HCM).
Preferred Qualifications:
- Business Analysis experience working in a government setting using PeopleSoft, particularly HCM and CRM modules.
- Experience developing functional solutions in areas where the business problem is complex, impacts multiple stakeholders, has significant customer resistance, or has significant constraints.
- Experience providing knowledge transfer on new technologies, the developed application, and/or existing knowledge of the PeopleSoft architecture to other business analysts.
- Experience reading and/or writing Oracle SQL, and/or familiarity with PeopleSoft databases/functionality.
- Experience supporting a pension benefit administration solution in a government setting.
