JOB DESCRIPTION: DIGITAL BRAND STRATEGIST (DBS)
At Cerbelli Creative, a Cerbelli Collective brand, our team of producers, designers, and entertainment experts is responsible for over 80 live events annually. The Digital Brand Strategist will be part of the core central office team, working alongside Directors, Project Managers, and Project Coordinators and reporting to the Managing Director. They will support additional brands within the Cerbelli Collective umbrella, as well as additional departments within Cerbelli Creative.
The DBS is responsible for leading the creative, brand strategy, and marketing initiatives across all company brands, including Cerbelli Collective, Cerbelli Creative, and TwoFortyThirty. This role oversees branding, digital marketing, content creation, and social media, ensuring a cohesive and compelling brand presence. The DBS reports directly to the Managing Director, while managing the Social Media Coordinator.
This role is still responsible for continuing to produce all graphic design work and digital assets as required. Additionally, this position manages and eventually expands the creative team, while collaborating cross-functionally with all company teams to support event production, design, and promotional strategies.

Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
Brand and Creative Leadership
- Develop and oversee brand strategy, positioning, and visual identity, primarily for Cerbelli Collective, Cerbelli Creative, and TwoFortyThirty
- Ensure consistent brand messaging and design across all platforms, including digital, print, social media, and both internal/external event collateral
- Create and manage brand style guides, brand books, and strategy decks
- Support the Cerbelli Creative events team with creative concepting, theme mood boards, and visual storytelling for client projects (event-specific logos, websites, print & digital pre & post event promotion)
- Delegate tasks efficiently across multiple team members and departments, ensuring clear communication of responsibilities and expectations to maximize productivity
- Manage the brand and marketing team, currently including a Social Media Coordinator (SMC) and interns
- Support and guide SMC to ensure they are growing and flourishing in their role to take on more over time
- Ensure the SMC is actively engaging with clients and followers on social media; replying, commenting, DMing, etc., not only posting
- Provide leadership, mentorship, and direction to team members, ensuring high-quality execution of creative and marketing projects
- Collaborate with internal teams to align creative and marketing strategies with business goals
- Maintain all company websites and digital listings to ensure all are on brand and team members are updated; this includes master decks
- Work closely with the events team to develop and manage print and digital assets for client events, ensuring cohesive branding and visual storytelling across all event materials
- Manage assigned budgets without exceeding them while achieving specified KPIs
- Some travel will be required, as well as participation on-site attending events and networking events
Digital Marketing & Content Strategy
- Develop and execute strategic digital marketing plans, including monthly content themes, campaigns, and digital activations
- Analyze the company’s digital marketing plan and social media strategy, identifying strategic weaknesses and making recommendations for improvements
- Present the company’s creative strategies and brand development to Senior Management to help guide overall marketing plans and execution
- Lead content creation for social media, email marketing, newsletters, press materials, and promotional materials
- Manage and update company websites, ensuring brand consistency, SEO optimization, and timely content updates
- Oversee press kits and editorial content, ensuring cohesive messaging and strong brand storytelling
- Research social media trends and inform management of changes that are relevant to the company’s marketing activities
- Stay current in the industry by attending educational opportunities, conferences, and workshops, reading publications, and maintaining personal and professional networks
- Provide creative oversight to event materials and prepare any artwork needed for swag, displays, signs, digital graphics, logos, & printed materials
- Skills in web analytics and data interpretation
- Experience with generative AI tools is a plus but not a requirement
Creative and Digital Production
- Serve as the in-house designer for all branded materials, including digital/print assets, signage, event branding, and promotional materials
- Direct OR capture and edit photography and videography for marketing and social media use
- Oversee motion graphics and video content creation to enhance brand storytelling
- Manage and implement event registration platforms and digital event solutions as needed
Qualifications:
- At least 5 years of experience in branding, graphic design, creative direction, marketing, or related fields
- Proven track record of producing multiple complex projects across multiple brands
- Proficient in using the latest versions of Microsoft 365, Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, Premiere Pro), and digital marketing tools
- Additional knowledge of motion graphic software experience (Adobe Express, After Effects, etc.)
- Strong ability to assess analytics to best guide the digital strategies
- Extensive working experience in graphic design required
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple projects simultaneously, while maintaining a strong attention to detail and accuracy
- Ability to use good judgment to prioritize work and complete projects in a timely manner
- Strong leadership and team management experience
- Expertise in brand development, content creation, and digital marketing strategies
- Strong photography, videography, and editing skills
- Candidate must have excellent presentation skills
- Subject to wet floors, temperature extremes, and excessive noise
- Ability to work long days on your feet, only as requested
- Ability to work evenings, weekends, holidays, and/or 6-day workweeks, when required, based on the overall needs of all businesses
- Requires occasional lifting of up to 40 pounds in weight, 10 pounds frequently

Due to the nature of this position and its overall responsibilities to the team and clients, this role requires working five (5) weekdays per week, with an optional work-from-home every Friday, plus any additional days required for events that involve Saturday or Sunday and are scheduled with your supervisor.

- $91,000 Annually (this is a set rate)
