NYC based hedge fund is looking for a technical strategist for their investment management team.
This strategist will focus on the research, development, and analytical evaluation of investment products (active equity and multi-asset class strategies), collaborating closely with portfolio strategy and investment teams.

The ideal candidate will have a BS or advanced degree, Python, an analytical, curious, and innovative mindset, with an interest in financial markets (experience with numerical and statistical methods is a plus).
You will:
- Contribute to the development of new investment products using quantitative analysis and portfolio design.
- Research, design, and help implement enhancements to existing investment strategies, focusing on portfolio construction, risk modeling, and strategy robustness.
- Present findings to investors and clients, including preparing comprehensive presentation materials, tailoring explanations to diverse audiences, addressing technical questions in real time, and ensuring that insights are actionable and aligned with strategic objectives.
