Pay: $30.00 – $45.00 per hour
Schedule: Monday–Saturday, 9:00 AM – 5:30 PM (mid-week day off)

We are seeking a talented Sales and Design Consultant to join our tile and slab showroom team. This is a unique opportunity for a design-forward sales professional who thrives on creating beautiful spaces and providing exceptional customer experiences. Our clientele includes mid- to high-end residential homeowners and select commercial clients who appreciate refined materials and personalized service.
Key Responsibilities
- Client Engagement: Build strong relationships with discerning clients. Understand their needs and provide expert design guidance with a personalized touch.
- Design Consultation: Offer creative and practical tile and slab solutions that reflect clients’ design preferences, project goals, and budgets.
- Product Expertise: Stay updated on current trends and innovations in tile and stone. Educate clients on features, applications, and product care.
- Sales Strategy: Develop and implement effective sales strategies to meet and exceed targets. Utilize a consultative approach to guide clients through the selection process.
- Project Coordination: Liaise with clients, contractors, and internal teams to ensure smooth and timely project execution from start to finish.
- Showroom Presentation: Maintain a visually appealing and organized showroom. Assist in updating displays to reflect seasonal trends and product launches.
Qualifications
- Experience: 4 years in sales, preferably within the tile, stone, or interior design industry. Design education or certification is a plus.
- Design Sensibility: Strong aesthetic eye and ability to translate client vision into cohesive design concepts.
- Communication: Clear and confident communicator with strong verbal and written skills.
- Sales Drive: Proven success in meeting or exceeding sales goals; comfortable working in a performance-based environment.
- Client-Focused: Dedicated to delivering outstanding service and building lasting client relationships.
- Collaborative: Works well within a team environment and with external partners such as contractors and designers.
