We are seeking a creative and organized individual to manage and produce engaging digital content across our educational and social platforms.
Primary Responsibilities
You will be responsible for bringing our educational and marketing initiatives to life through high-quality digital media. Duties include:
- Visual Content Creation: Create, edit, and publish videos, motion graphics (After Effects), and static images/graphics for platforms like YouTube, Social Media, and Thinkific.
- Content & Script Writing: Develop, edit, and proofread content and scripts to ensure they are accurate, grammatically correct, and consistent with CMW's brand guidelines.
- Digital Asset Management: Organize and manage digital documentation, including photo editing and creating/updating PowerPoints for research projects, as well as data entry for the CMW Library.
- Marketing Collaboration: Work closely with the Marketing Team to align content with overall strategies and objectives across all digital channels.
Required Skills & Experience
The ideal candidate will possess a strong combination of creative and technical skills:
- Exceptional Communication: Excellent organizational, writing, and editing skills.
- Visual Design Proficiency: Strong visual and graphic design capabilities.
- Software Mastery: Proficiency in the Adobe Creative Suite, particularly Premiere Pro and Photoshop.
- Digital Literacy: Knowledge of current digital trends, best practices, and familiarity with major social media platforms.
- Technical Management: Proficiency in Content Management Systems (CMS) and private database management.
