What You'll Do
Company Description
CEPCO Management, Inc. is a privately owned, family-run company that has been providing housing across Minnesota since 1988. We manage both affordable and market-rate communities, with decades of experience supporting a wide range of property types statewide. We keep things practical and steady, and we focus on what works for both our residents and our team.
We are an authorized management agent for properties participating in programs such as:
HUD Section 8
USDA RD Section 515
Housing Tax Credit (Section 42)
Affordable Rental Investment Fund (ARIF)
Minnesota Housing Finance Agency (MHFA) programs
At CEPCO, we’re a practical, down-to-earth team that values trust, flexibility, and balance. We understand that real life doesn’t follow a rigid schedule—whether it’s a school play or a dentist appointment, we do our best to support our staff in showing up for both work and life.
This role requires in-office presence, especially during training, but we offer hybrid flexibility once you’re confident in the role and consistently handling your responsibilities. We believe in earning autonomy—and giving it when it's earned.
We’re a small, agile company where your work matters and your ideas won’t get buried. If you’re looking for a team that respects your time, values your contribution, and treats you like a human—not a headcount—we’d love to hear from you.
