Experienced Envelope Machine Adjuster -- Hiring Now Cenveo | Cleveland, OH Cenveo is hiring experienced Envelope Machine Adjusters to set up, tune, and maintain high speed envelope manufacturing equipment. This role requires strong mechanical skill, troubleshooting ability, and a commitment to safety and quality. Pay & Schedule * Starting at $23/hr shift premium (2nd & 3rd shifts) * 2nd shift premium $1.25/hr / 3:25pm -- 11:25pm (Mon -- Fri) * 3rd shift premium $1.50/hr / 11:20pm - 7:20am (Sun - Thurs) * Flexibility to train on any shift including 1st shift 7:15 am -- 3:30pm (Mon -- Fri) * Overtime may be required during busy season/based on business needs. * Shift availability is subject to change What You'll Do * Set up, align, and adjust envelope machines * Perform changeovers, size adjustments, and mechanical repairs * Maintain machine speed, accuracy, and uptime * Inspect product quality and minimize waste * Perform routine cleaning, lubrication, and part replacement * Install paper, glue systems, tooling, other requirements safely What You Need * 5 years envelope machine adjusting experience * Advanced mechanical aptitude and troubleshooting skills * Knowledge of cutting, folding, gluing systems and envelope tolerances * Detail oriented, safety focused, and reliable Physical Requirements * Standing, bending, climbing, lifting up to 55 lbs * Exposure to noise, machinery, inks, solvents, glue * Ability to work in hot/cold conditions and stay alert around equipment CENVEO IS AN EEO EMPLOYER
