Cenveo is hiring experienced Envelope Machine Adjusters to set up, tune, and maintain high speed envelope manufacturing equipment. This role requires strong mechanical skill, troubleshooting ability, and a commitment to safety and quality.
Pay & Schedule
* $24/hr or higher depending on experience shift premium (3rd shift)
* 3rd shift: $1/hr / 11pm - 7am
* Training on 1st shift: 7am - 3pm
* Schedule is Monday-Fridays with Saturdays as needed
What You'll Do
* Set up, align, and adjust envelope machines
* Perform changeovers, size adjustments, and mechanical repairs
* Maintain machine speed, accuracy, and uptime
* Inspect product quality and minimize waste
* Perform routine cleaning, lubrication, and part replacement
* Install paper, glue systems, tooling, and other requirements
What You Need
* 5 years envelope machine adjusting experience
* Advanced mechanical aptitude and troubleshooting skills
* Knowledge of cutting, folding, gluing systems and envelope tolerances
* Detail oriented, safety focused, and reliable
Physical Requirements
* Standing, bending, climbing, lifting up to 55 lbs
* Exposure to noise, machinery, inks, solvents, glue
* Ability to work in hot/cold conditions and stay alert around equipment
