We are looking for a motivated Inside/Outside Sales Representative to help grow our horticulture business. This role focuses on building relationships with landscapers, nurseries, garden centers, and commercial growers while promoting our horticulture products and services.

Responsibilities
- Develop new business with landscapers, nurseries, and garden centers
- Maintain and grow existing customer relationships
- Conduct in-person visits to customers within your territory
- Present and promote horticulture products such as plants, soil, fertilizers, and related supplies
- Generate leads and close new sales opportunities
- Track sales activity and help grow your territory
Requirements
- Sales experience preferred (outside sales a plus)
- Interest or knowledge in horticulture, landscaping, or agriculture is helpful
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills
- Self-motivated and comfortable working independently
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
