Position Summary

We are seeking an experienced Plumbing Foreman to lead plumbing crews on residential and commercial projects. The ideal candidate is a strong leader who takes pride in quality workmanship, communicates effectively, and leads by example. This position requires someone who can manage projects efficiently while fostering a positive, team-oriented work environment.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and lead plumbing crews on job sites.
• Coordinate daily work with project managers and general contractors.
• Ensure all work meets company standards, local plumbing codes, and safety requirements.
• Train and mentor apprentices and installers.
• Read and interpret blueprints and project specifications.
• Maintain job site organization and productivity.
• Communicate project progress, material needs, and scheduling updates.
• Promote a culture of integrity, professionalism, and teamwork.

Qualifications

• Leadership experience managing crews.
• Strong knowledge of plumbing systems and construction practices.
• Ability to solve problems and make sound decisions.
• Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
• Excellent communication and organizational skills.
