About the Role:

The Procurement Manager supports Century Mold’s enterprise-wide purchasing strategy, ensuring effective execution of category management initiatives, supplier performance, and cost optimization across all purchased goods and services. This role manages sourcing and negotiation activities, leads supplier relationship management, and coordinates procurement processes across Century Mold’s U.S. and Mexico operations. The Procurement Manager plays a key role in driving cost savings, supplier quality, and operational consistency through disciplined procurement execution and collaboration with cross-functional teams.

What You’ll Be Doing:

• Execute Century Mold’s category-based procurement strategies to achieve cost, quality, and delivery targets.
• Implement and maintain standardized purchasing processes, procedures, and systems across plants.
• Manage sourcing events, supplier negotiations, and contract implementation for key materials and services.
• Track and report procurement KPIs and metrics; identify and act on opportunities for improvement.
• Support supplier selection, qualification, and performance management, ensuring risk mitigation and supply continuity.
• Monitor market and commodity trends and share insights with internal stakeholders.
• Collaborate with plant-level purchasing teams to ensure alignment with corporate strategy and compliance with standards.
• Lead and develop procurement professionals, fostering capability in strategic sourcing and negotiation.
• Partner with Engineering, Materials, and Operations teams to support new program launches, cost-reduction initiatives, and supplier transitions.
• Support corporate governance processes, audits, and supplier performance reviews.

We would love to hear from you if:

• Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Business, Engineering, or related field.
• 7 years of procurement and sourcing experience in manufacturing; multi-site experience preferred.
• Strong negotiation and supplier management skills with experience achieving measurable cost savings.
• Proficiency in cost modeling, total cost of ownership, and procurement analytics.
• Experience with ERP/MRP systems and procurement tools.
• Excellent communication and cross-functional collaboration skills.
• Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects and priorities in a fast-paced environment.

Preferred Attributes

• CPSM, CSCP, or similar certification.
• Automotive or injection molding industry experience.
• Bilingual (English/Spanish) a plus.
• Experience coaching or mentoring procurement team members.
