Century Medical and Dental Center, a busy multi-specialty clinic with 7 locations across Brooklyn, Manhattan, and the Bronx, is currently seeking a Pain Management Provider (MD, DO, or NP) to join our growing team. Part-time and full-time opportunities are available.
Responsibilities include:
- Conduct comprehensive evaluations and assessments for patients with acute or chronic pain conditions.
- Develop individualized treatment plans utilizing interventional procedures, medication management, and non-pharmacologic therapies.
- Perform in-office pain management procedures as appropriate.
- Coordinate care with other specialists, primary care providers, physical therapists, and mental health professionals as needed.
- Maintain accurate and timely medical records in our EHR system.
- Educate patients on pain management options, treatment plans, and self-care strategies.
- Participate in collaborative case discussions with the multi-specialty team.
- Ensure compliance with federal and state pain management regulations and best practices.
- Provide follow-up care and adjust treatment plans based on patient progress and outcomes.
