We are currently seeking a skilled and compassionate Otolaryngology NP, PA, or MD to join our dynamic team.
Job Description: As an Otolaryngology specialist at Century Medical and Dental Center, you will provide comprehensive care for patients with ENT (Ear, Nose, and Throat) conditions. You will collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to diagnose, treat, and manage a variety of ENT disorders, ensuring the highest standards of care.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct thorough patient evaluations, including history taking and physical examinations.
- Diagnose and treat a wide range of ENT conditions.
- Perform and interpret diagnostic tests and procedures, including endoscopy.
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans.
- Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to provide coordinated care.
- Educate patients and their families on ENT conditions and treatments.
- Maintain accurate and timely patient records.
- Participate in quality improvement initiatives and continuing education.
Qualifications:
- Licensed as a Nurse Practitioner, Physician Assistant, or Medical Doctor in New York State.
- Board certification in Otolaryngology preferred.
- Proficiency in performing endoscopic procedures.
- Strong clinical skills and a commitment to patient-centered care.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
- Experience in an outpatient setting is a plus.
- Bilingual in English and another language is a plus.
