About Us
Century Marketing is a local business focused on apparel, print, promotional items, banners/signs, and vehicle wraps. We are based in Lenexa, primarily serving businesses, schools, sports teams, clubs and organizations across the Kansas City metro. The majority of our production is completed in-house, so the day-to-day workflow and responsibilities involve much more than taking orders and sending them off to a third party. We see things through from start to finish and adjust quickly to help our customers receive their product when they need it.
Screen Print Operator
We’re looking for someone who wants to be a screen printer and build a long-term career with us. No experience needed. This isn’t a temporary production role but a full-time career. If you’re reliable, detail-oriented, and willing to learn, we would like to hear from you.
What you’ll do:
- Primary role will be to run our automatic screen print presses, including setup and teardown
- Check proofs and orders for accuracy before and during production
- Help with equipment maintenance and other production tasks
- Color separations, printing films, and burning screens.
- Mix ink colors
- Box and unbox apparel
What we’re looking for:
- Someone who wants to be a screen printer as a career
- Sharp attention to detail and pride in quality work
- Ability to meet production goals and standards
- On your feet all day; able to lift up to 50 lbs
