Description

Assists Branch Managers with store/branch activities emphasizing efficiency and effectiveness, pertaining to the operation of a wholesale distributor of an air conditioning and heating branch location.

    Assists in all operational functions and activities at location level
    Assists at location level with: sales and marketing functions, customer relations, and marketing/sales tools and assistance
    Runs and reviews reports and assists in the direction of policies regarding operations
    Assists with quote/order processing
    Assists in personnel related functions including recruiting and selection, training, employee relations and adhering to legal requirements
    Works with other members of Management to ensure overall performance of the company"

Educational Requirements and/or Experience

    High School Diploma or GED required
    Minimum 6 months sales experience
    HVAC experience preferred but not required
    Previous supervisory experience
