- Manage the preparation and review of annual and quarterly income tax provisions and SEC disclosures.
- Oversee quarterly effective tax rate forecasts, data analytics, and modeling.
- Coordinate federal, state, and local tax compliance processes to ensure timely and accurate filings.
- Handle tax audits by preparing responses to IDRs and managing issues effectively.
- Perform tax research, monitor legislative changes, and communicate impacts to the organization.
- Demonstrate strong technical and analytical skills with a solution-oriented mindset.
- Utilize proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
- Apply knowledge of tax accounting standards such as ASC 740 and US GAAP.
- Manage multiple priorities and maintain accuracy under tight deadlines.
- Communicate effectively in writing and verbally with internal teams and external advisors.
- A Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or a related field; CPA or Master’s in Taxation preferred.
- 8 years of corporate tax experience in public accounting or industry.
- Possess experience with OneSource provision software and ERP systems such as Oracle.
- Exhibit strong organizational and project management skills.
- Operate with integrity, confidentiality, and attention to detail in all tasks.
