Talent Acquisition Specialist

Century Group is partnering with a client that is seeking a Talent Acquisition Specialist to join their team. Exact compensation may vary based on skills, experience, and location. Expected starting base salary of $95,000 to $115,000 per year.

Job Responsibilities

• Lead full-cycle recruiting for a variety of roles, including hourly and salaried positions across field and office functions.
• Conduct intake meetings with hiring managers to understand role requirements, team dynamics, and timelines.
• Develop and execute sourcing strategies using direct outreach, online platforms, and proactive recruiting methods.
• Review resumes, conduct phone screens, and facilitate interviews to assess qualifications and cultural fit.
• Coordinate interviews and maintain clear communication with candidates and hiring managers throughout the process.

Requirements

• Communicate effectively in English and Spanish, both verbally and in writing, to support bilingual recruiting needs.
• Apply strong organizational and time-management skills to manage multiple open roles simultaneously.
• Build relationships with candidates, hiring managers, and external partners to ensure a positive recruiting experience.
• Work independently in a fast-paced environment while maintaining confidentiality and sound judgment.
• Adapt quickly to changing priorities and contribute to process improvements within the talent acquisition function.

Qualifications

• A Bachelor's degree in business administration, construction management, or a related field.
• 7 years of recruiting experience, including 3 years in construction or general contracting.
• Demonstrate knowledge of employment laws and compliance requirements related to hiring practices.
• Utilize proficiency in BambooHR or similar ATS platforms and recruiting tools, including LinkedIn Talent solutions.
• Maintain strong interviewing and candidate evaluation skills with the ability to assess qualifications and overall fit.
