- Execute SOX program activities by performing walkthroughs, testing IT general and automated controls, and monitoring remediation across multiple systems.
- Lead IT operational audits by planning the work, identifying risks, establishing scope, and completing fieldwork and documentation.
- Participate in risk assessment and planning discussions to define audit objectives, scope, and audit program design.
- Develop remediation plans to support control owners in strengthening control design and operational effectiveness.
- Contribute to departmental initiatives by assisting with training, development efforts, and internal operational reviews.
- A Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, MIS, Accounting, or Finance.
- 3 years of experience in Internal Audit or public accounting.
- Possess or pursue certifications such as CISA, CISSP, or CIA.
- Demonstrate knowledge of IT general controls, system development lifecycle, and application controls.
- Apply experience with cybersecurity assessments, data protection reviews, or PCI-related work.
- Display strong attention to detail and analytical thinking in a dynamic environment.
- Communicate effectively through strong interpersonal, written, and verbal skills.
- Manage multiple projects simultaneously while adapting to changing priorities.
- Utilize Microsoft Office applications proficiently, including advanced Excel and PowerPoint features.
