- Analyze costs of materials, labor, and overhead associated with production.
- Maintain and update complex Excel-based cost models, including yield rates and bills of material.
- Prepare and present detailed cost reports, including cost variance analysis.
- Perform valuation of monthly physical inventory counts and create related reports.
- Collaborate with Operations, Procurement, and Sales teams to gather data and support pricing decisions.
- Demonstrate advanced Excel skills, including pivot tables, tables, and complex formulas.
- Communicate complex cost and financial information clearly to non-finance stakeholders.
- Apply knowledge of multi-input and multi-output production workflows and cost implications.
- Utilize experience in manufacturing environments, preferably in food processing or production.
- Implement internal controls to ensure accurate cost reporting and compliance.
- a Bachelor’s degree in Economics, Accounting, Finance, or a related field; or equivalent experience.
- 5 years of experience in cost analysis or related roles.
- Exhibit strong problem-solving skills and ability to interpret varied instructions.
- Operate effectively in a fast-paced environment with attention to detail and accuracy.
- Display proficiency in preparing budgets, forecasts, and supporting audits.
