Job Responsibilities
- Process high-volume payroll for 1-3 groups, depending on the size of the network.
- Manage biweekly payroll cycles, ensuring accuracy and compliance with regulations.
- Oversee payroll functions for 1-3 groups, covering approximately 2,000 employees.
- Handle payroll-related inquiries via phone, communicating with doctors and employees regarding personal payroll matters.
- Ensure compliance with payroll policies, including LOAs, sick pay, breaks, 401(k), and multi-state payroll requirements.
- 2 - 4 years of experience in accounts payable and payroll processing.
- Previous experience with payroll within the manufacturing industry.
- Demonstrate proficiency in Excel, including Pivot Tables, VLOOKUPs, and advanced formulas.
- Show the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment while meeting deadlines.
- Exhibit adaptability and a willingness to grow in the role with coaching and development opportunities.
- Display strong analytical skills with attention to detail and accuracy in payroll processing.
- Possess excellent organizational and problem-solving abilities to handle payroll complexities.
- Demonstrate strong communication and interpersonal skills for handling payroll-related discussions.
- Maintain the ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple payroll groups effectively.
- Show proficiency with ADP Workforce Now and other payroll management tools.
