- Coordinate onboarding activities by managing checklists preparing materials and supporting new hire setup for assigned departments.
- Maintain compliance training records by gathering information from divisions enrolling employees in required courses and tracking completion status.
- Support document processes by managing code of conduct forms validating termination reports and maintaining organized files in accordance with guidelines.
- Assist with human resources systems by processing transactions preparing reports responding to inquiries and coordinating with service centers.
- Provide administrative support across human resources functions including scheduling communication recordkeeping and assisting with wellness and performance review activities.
- Bring experience in administrative or human resources support roles with strong attention to detail and follow through.
- Use Microsoft Office tools confidently including spreadsheets for tracking reporting and communication.
- Communicate clearly with internal teams vendors and employees across multiple locations.
- Manage multiple tasks in a fast paced environment while maintaining accuracy and confidentiality.
- Work both independently and collaboratively while coordinating with human resources managers and leads.
- Maintain organized documentation including training records onboarding materials terminations and compliance related forms.
- Support payroll activities by reviewing timesheets preparing approvals and ensuring accuracy for each pay period.
- Assist with systems such as Dayforce True Office and other platforms used for reporting training and workflow management.
- Provide support for location contacts coordinate building needs and manage incoming communication by phone email or fax.
- Apply sound judgment attention to detail and strong organizational habits to ensure accurate and timely completion of assigned duties.
