- Perform monthly financial consolidation by loading data preparing journal entries and reconciling results across entities.
- Maintain and develop financial reports and dashboards while supporting accurate and timely reporting.
- Support annual budgeting and quarterly forecasting by updating input templates and coordinating data submissions.
- Manage system administration tasks including security maintenance process documentation and end user training.
- Partner with finance accounting and information technology teams to support integrations troubleshoot issues and improve system reliability.
- A Bachelors degree in finance accounting or a related field.
- 5 years of experience in finance accounting or financial systems support.
- Demonstrate strong analytical and problem solving skills with the ability to investigate and resolve variances.
- Use Excel at an advanced level and work comfortably within enterprise planning or reporting platforms.
- Communicate clearly collaborate effectively and manage priorities in a dynamic environment.
- Maintain and reconcile planning system data to general ledger balances across operating entities.
- Support system optimization efforts by identifying efficiency opportunities and streamlining financial processes.
- Work with planning and reporting tools to create maintain and enhance reports templates and workflows.
- Demonstrate a proactive solution oriented mindset with attention to detail and accountability.
- Bring experience with financial planning systems system integrations or additional ERP platforms considered beneficial.
