Century Group is partnering with a client that is seeking a Finance Manager to assist their team. Exact compensation may vary based on skills, experience, and location. Expected starting pay rate of $60.00 to $70.00 per hour.

- Manage the organization’s cash position and ensure accurate forecasting for liquidity needs.
- Oversee weekly cash management activities, including approving payables and authorizing wire transfers and ACH payments.
- Maintain strong relationships with payment processors and monitor transaction success and chargebacks.
- Lead strategic financial planning, including annual budgeting for income statements, balance sheets, and cash flow.
- Prepare and present clear financial reports, KPIs, and insights to support company initiatives and decision-making.
- At least 15 years of progressive experience in finance with increasing responsibilities.
- Minimum of 7 years in a managerial role overseeing finance or treasury functions.
- Strong leadership skills with a proven ability to manage and develop teams.
- Exceptional understanding of U.S. GAAP and proficiency in accounting operations.
- Advanced skills in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel, for financial analysis and reporting.
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance or Accounting; MBA preferred.
- CPA license or equivalent professional certification.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills for internal and external stakeholders.
- Previous experience in consumer goods or similar industries.
- Ability to lead system upgrades, process improvements, and participate in mergers and acquisitions when needed.
