Responsibilities
- Conduct candidate sourcing and interviews to evaluate the skills of prospective consultants.
- Manage candidate interview lifecycle from sourcing to offer, including interview prep, scheduling, and day to day communication.
- Process background checks, evaluate candidate references, and collect required employee application paperwork.
- Manage consultant deployment, scheduling and project-end dates through regular communication.
- Assist Client Services team in determining matches for open projects, participate in business development discussions, and assist the team with engagement-related issues.
- Support office goals by participating in team meetings, where you will discuss the project pipeline and strategies.
- Serve as a senior resource and go-to person for the recruitment team and junior associates.
- Bachelor’s degree required.
- 4 years of professional experience in recruiting or business development/sales, preferably within staffing.
- A background in accounting and finance is highly preferred but not required.
- Ability to build strong working relationships with prospective and current candidates.?

- Proactive approach with strong multi-tasking and management skills.
- Strong knowledge of candidate sourcing and outreach methods.
