- Lead SOX testing and manage the IT SOX compliance program, including planning and execution.
- Develop and implement SOX audit procedures, testing attributes, and automation tools to improve efficiency.
- Perform risk-based IT audits, including evaluating controls, security fundamentals, and compliance requirements.
- Communicate audit findings to management and ensure timely implementation of corrective actions.
- Mentor internal audit team members and build strong relationships with IT and business stakeholders.
- Demonstrate proficiency in IT audit methodologies, SOX compliance, and risk assessment techniques.
- Apply strong knowledge of ERP systems, cloud environments, and security-related reviews.
- Utilize advanced skills in Microsoft Office and familiarity with audit tools such as AuditBoard.
- Communicate effectively with internal teams, external auditors, and senior management.
- Manage multiple projects and prioritize tasks in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
- A Bachelor’s degree in IT, Accounting, Finance, Business, or a related field.
- 10 years of relevant IT audit experience, preferably including Big 4 or public company exposure.
- Possess professional certifications such as CISA, CISM, or CIA.
- Exhibit strong leadership skills and experience managing and developing audit teams.
- Be willing to travel up to 20% and work extended hours as needed.
