- Support the administration of enterprise wide compliance programs by overseeing daily monitoring investigations and required reporting.
- Manage customer due diligence processes including onboarding reviews enhanced monitoring and periodic risk assessments.
- Lead system usage and optimization efforts to improve monitoring reporting automation and data accuracy.
- Serve as a primary contact for examinations and audits by preparing documentation coordinating responses and supporting remediation.
- Guide and mentor compliance staff while promoting accountability continuous improvement and collaboration across teams.
- 7 years of experience in compliance roles focused on financial crime prevention and regulatory programs.
- 3 years of leadership experience managing compliance or risk professionals.
- Demonstrate strong knowledge of regulatory frameworks related to financial crime and sanctions obligations.
- Communicate clearly in writing and verbally with the ability to work effectively with diverse stakeholders.
- Manage multiple priorities confidently in a fast paced environment while meeting internal and external expectations.
- Apply strong judgment analytical thinking and problem solving skills when addressing complex or sensitive matters.
- Implement or enhance automated compliance solutions while maintaining strong internal controls.
- Develop maintain and improve policies procedures and reporting to align with regulatory expectations.
- Build productive relationships with internal partners external reviewers and senior leadership.
- Hold professional certification or advanced compliance training considered beneficial.
