Summary
Responsible for coordinating and managing service requests, repairs, and maintenance activities. This role serves as the primary point of contact for customers, ensuring service calls are scheduled, tracked, and completed accurately, on time, and in alignment with customer expectations, company standards, and applicable codes and requirements.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities include the following. Other duties may be assigned.
High school diploma or equivalent required; Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree preferred; 1-3 years of experience in inspections coordination, scheduling, or field service administration; fire protection experience preferred.
Computer Skills
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and familiarity with scheduling or service management software; Service Trade preferred
Physical Demands
Primarily office-based, with occasional visits to job sites. Ability to sit for extended periods and use a computer or phone; use hands, talk or hear; required to stand; walk and reach with hands and arms; occasionally lift and/or move up to 10 pounds. Specific vision abilities required by this job include close vision.

- Customer Coordination: Act as the main point of contact for clients and help to access their needs for service calls and repairs.
- Service Management: Schedule and manage appointments or service visits, ensuring that customer needs are met effectively and efficiently.
- Communication: Maintain clear communication with clients regarding the status of their services, respond to inquiries, and follow ups.
- Record Keeping: Maintain a record of services provided, client feedback, and other relevant information to evaluate service effectiveness and identify areas for improvement.
- Collaboration: Liaise with our Superintendent, Technicians and Service Manager to ensure that services meet client expectations.
- Problem Solving: Address any issues or challenges and coordinate with the team to find resolution and help resolve any problems that may arise.
