High school diploma or equivalent preferred; Prior experience in a manufacturing or fabrication environment is a plus but not required; Ability to read basic measurements and follow instructions.

Ability to stand, walk, bend, and lift up to 50 pounds regularly; Ability to work in a shop environment with noise, dust, and varying temperatures; Use of personal protective equipment (PPE) as required.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities include the following. Other duties may be assigned.
- Assist with the fabrication and assembly of materials, components, and products according to specifications.
- Load, unload, and move raw materials and finished products within the shop.
- Operate basic hand tools, power tools, and shop equipment under supervision.
- Perform measuring, cutting, drilling, grinding, and deburring as needed.
- Support skilled fabricators and welders with setup and material staging.
- Inspect materials for defects and report quality or safety concerns.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area in compliance with company and OSHA safety standards.
- Follow work orders, drawings, and verbal instructions accurately.
