- Handle incoming calls with professionalism and courtesy, maintaining excellent phone etiquette
- Prepare, proofread, and edit correspondence, reports, presentations, and other documents to ensure accuracy and clarity
- Organize and maintain filing systems—both physical and digital—using tools like Google Workspace and Microsoft Office Suite
- Assist with front desk duties such as greeting visitors, managing office supplies, and overseeing general office management tasks
- Provide exceptional customer service by supporting internal teams and external clients with responsiveness and professionalism
- Maintain confidentiality of sensitive information while managing administrative tasks efficiently
Experience
- Proven office management or administrative experience in a professional setting
- Strong computer literacy with proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint), Google Workspace, and data entry skills
- Experience handling front desk responsibilities in a fast-paced environment
- Bilingual skills are highly desirable for effective communication with diverse clients and team members
- Excellent organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively and manage time efficiently
- Previous clerical experience including filing, proofreading, calendar management, and customer support roles
- Knowledge of bookkeeping software such as QuickBooks is a plus
