We are seeking a motivated and dependable Concrete Laborer to join our dynamic construction team. Responsibilities
- Assist with concrete mixing, pouring, finishing, and curing processes to create durable structures.
- Set up and dismantle formwork using concrete forming techniques, ensuring proper alignment and stability.
- Install rebar reinforcement according to blueprints and schematics to strengthen concrete elements.
- Operate power tools and heavy equipment such as mixers, pumps, and compactors safely and efficiently.
- Read blueprints and schematics accurately to execute construction tasks precisely.
- Perform heavy lifting and manual labor required for site preparation, demolition, or restoration projects.
- Support masonry, stucco, tile laying, and other hardscape tasks as needed on various construction sites.
Qualifications
- Prior experience working on construction sites with knowledge of concrete finishing and related trades.
- Mechanical knowledge of tools, equipment operation, and safety procedures.
- Ability to read blueprints, schematics, and technical drawings effectively.
- Familiarity with hand tools, power tools, and heavy machinery used in construction environments.
- Strong physical stamina for heavy lifting, prolonged standing, and manual labor tasks.
- Knowledge of rebar installation, framing carpentry (including metal stud framing), roofing, or masonry is a plus.
