Are you a proactive, organized, and people-focused professional with a passion for real estate and operations? We’re looking for an experienced Property Manager to oversee the daily operations of our properties and deliver an exceptional experience to our residents and clients.

• Build strong relationships with clients, addressing inquiries, concerns, and service requests promptly
• Manage the day-to-day operations of assigned properties, ensuring they are well-maintained, safe, and attractive
• Daily business development to secure new accounts
• Coordinate maintenance and repair work with vendors and contractors
• Oversee leasing activities, including showing units, screening applicants, and processing leases
• Conduct property inspections and enforce company policies and regulations
• Maintain accurate records, reports, and compliance documentation

• Proven experience in property management or a related field
• Strong communication and customer service skills
• Ability to multitask, prioritize, and solve problems independently
• Knowledge of local rental laws and property management best practices (preferred)
• Proficiency with property management software is a plus
• Professional, dependable, and detail-oriented

• Active WA Real Estate License
• Your own book of business (preferred)
• Comfort with and knowledge of technology & personal marketing
• Participation in coaching, training, and property management meetings
• Ability to work flexible hours
