Experience NOT necessary. We run a state approved prelicense school. Academy of Real Estate has LIVESTREAM and ONLINE self-paced classes, flexible around your schedule. Everything needed to become a licensed property manager!
COMMISSION ONLY, so the sky is the limit on your income potential. Our leadership team will train, support and coach you the entire way. The brokerage provides technology, company generated leads and marketing so our property managers succeed!
Requirements
Washington Real Estate License. Prospect for new business daily, embrace technology and personal marketing, attend in office coaching, training and sales meetings, adapt to flexible work hours.
