Administrative Assistant – Part-Time | Real Estate Brokerage
Are you an organized, creative, and motivated professional looking to gain hands-on business experience in a fast-paced, family-like environment? My real estate brokerage is looking for a Part-Time Administrative Assistant to join our growing team!
Compensation: $16.50/hour with bonus opportunities
Schedule: Part-time (hours flexible, mornings preferred for office opening)
About the Role
As my Administrative Assistant, you’ll work directly with me, the business owner, and have your hand in all aspects of running a real estate brokerage. You’ll help keep the office running smoothly while learning valuable skills that apply to any industry.
Your responsibilities will include:
Opening the office and keeping it clean, organized, and welcoming
Managing emails and communications
Updating listings and property information in the MLS (Multiple Listing Service)
Running property searches and finding comparable listings
Booking showings and scheduling open houses
Managing my calendar and daily appointments
Assisting with onboarding new agents
Supporting light marketing: updating social media, maintaining window displays, and sending email campaigns
