Responsibilities:
- Assist clients in buying, selling
- Provide guidance and assist sellers and buyers in marketing and purchasing property for the right price under the best terms
- Maintain knowledge of real estate market trends and best practices
- Create property listings and conduct property showings
- Negotiate contracts with buyers and sellers
- Stay updated on real estate administrative processes, real estate law, and Fair Housing regulations
- Communicate effectively with clients to understand their needs and preferences
- Perform administrative duties related to real estate transactions
Qualifications:
