Key Responsibilities
- Perform general clerical tasks, including answering the phone and greeting clients
- Assist with kitchen organization, including maintaining supplies and cleanliness
- Coordinate and order lunches and dinners for meetings and events
- Support event planning and coordination, including logistics and setup
- Provide administrative support to team members as needed
- Manage schedules and appointments to ensure smooth daily operations
- Proven experience in administrative or clerical roles
- Excellent organizational and time-management skills
- Strong communication and interpersonal abilities
- Ability to multitask and prioritize effectively
- Basic knowledge of office software (e.g., MS Office Suite)
- Experience with event coordination is a plus
- Friendly, professional demeanor with a proactive attitude
