Key Responsibilities
- Lead and manage all on-site construction activities for multifamily projects, including sitework, structure, building envelope, interiors, and MEP coordination
- Develop, maintain, and execute detailed project schedules and phasing plans in collaboration with the project team
- Direct and coordinate subcontractors and field staff to ensure proper sequencing, productivity, and quality of work
- Oversee implementation and enforcement of jobsite safety programs, OSHA compliance, and company safety policies
- Coordinate closely with project management staff to resolve constructability issues, RFIs, and change conditions
- Conduct regular site meetings, including trade coordination and look-ahead planning meetings
- Monitor quality control, inspections, and testing to ensure compliance with drawings, specifications, and code requirements
- Lead punch list, turnover, and closeout efforts, including unit turnovers, life-safety inspections, and final AHJ approvals
- Mentor and develop Assistant Superintendents and field personnel
Salary : $140,000 - $165,000
