Project Manager II – Las Vegas, NV
A well-established General Contractor is seeking a Project Manager II to join their Las Vegas team. This person will manage projects from preconstruction through completion, overseeing scheduling, budgeting, subcontractors, and client coordination.
The project is a ground-up multifamily development in Las Vegas.
Responsibilities
- Manage project schedule, budget, and overall execution
- Coordinate owners, architects, subcontractors, and vendors
- Review plans, RFIs, submittals, and change orders
- Track project costs and contract requirements
- Lead project meetings and maintain project documentation
- Ensure quality, safety, and schedule expectations are met
- Manage project closeout and turnover
Qualifications
- 5 years of construction project management experience
- Ground-up multifamily, commercial, or residential experience preferred
- Strong understanding of scheduling, budgets, contracts, and project documentation
- Strong communication and leadership skills
- Bachelor's degree in construction management, Engineering, or related field preferred
Salary : $120,000 - $140,000
